John Woodward, the sole proprietor of JW Engineering, trained as a Fitter  Turner for Holman Brothers, Camborne, Cornwall.  However, in 1984 John was made redundant and consequently set up his own business trading under the name of JW Engineering. Most of the initial orders undertaken were sub-contract, making military spares and manufacturing components.

These days, with less machining work around, the business has had to move with the times and JW Engineering now makes and fits decorative cast iron work for prestigious projects and manufacturers brand new Cornish Ranges.  Please click on our 'Decorative Ironwork' and 'Cornish Range' links for further information.
